Cadillac Formula 1 is excited to be on the grid for the 2026 FIA Formula One World Championship. Our new team is gearing up for rapid growth. To achieve our goals, we need to create and sustain a high-performance culture in every area. We have ambitious plans to build an outstanding operation that can compete at the highest level.
We have an opportunity for a Project Delivery Lead to join the team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution and completion of parts and assemblies to the required delivery dates, ensuring on-time project delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Processing design releases into manufacturing to meet build and development targets.
- Maintaining stock, scheduling re-orders of existing parts, and coordinating manufacturing schedules to meet targets.
- Ensuring the on-time delivery of all parts within the designated engineering sections.
- Handling engineering changes and managing the Bill of Materials for the responsible engineering section.
- Communicating proactively with stakeholders to report project progress and ensure delivery of components and projects.
- Reporting deviations from the project plan promptly to mitigate risks and manage expectations.
- Developing a thorough understanding of the company's ERP system and contributing to its ongoing development.
Requirements:
- A sound understanding of basic engineering principles.
- Knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes.
- Thorough understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to perform duties accurately and efficiently.
- Effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
