As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
  • Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
