As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
- Proven work experience as an In House Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database
- Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience of hiring field and office-based employees
- Industry experience is preferred but not essential
