An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Admin Hub Lead at The Crystal Centre, The Gables, and Cherry Trees. The role involves managing the Administrators within the Mid Administration Team, including supervision, appraisal, and task allocation. The successful candidate will primarily support clinicians and handle general administrative duties such as answering calls and emails, taking meeting minutes, processing referrals, booking appointments, and covering reception duties as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and appraising team members.
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Supporting clinicians with administrative duties.
  • Answering client/patient inquiries confidentially.
  • Maintaining appointment systems and processing related documents.
  • Providing team support across all sites when required.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and written records.
