We're building our brand and are looking for employees to join the Bertucci's family! There's a fire inside every Bertucci's. One of the things that make our company so distinctive is the brick oven at the center of each restaurant. The 936 bricks that make up each oven are the cornerstone of our kitchen and the foundation of our authentic flavor. Individually, each brick is strong and unique, but together they insulate the environment that supports our culture and authenticity. We need you to help us grow — brick by brick — through innovation and excellence. We want to know what inspires the fire inside you.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including sweeping ashes, cleaning floors, restrooms, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
- Clean and vacuum floors, carpets, and mats.
- Polish brass items and replace light bulbs as needed.
- Remove trash from the restaurant and parking lot.
- Assist other employees as needed.
