Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.
The Company
We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising and Supply Chain Management Services. With over 3500 employees throughout the UK, we provide a hardworking and rewarding workplace with many progression opportunities.
The Role
We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle) to add to our successful merchandising team. This role involves carrying out merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (predominantly nights). Assignments will be available via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard. Work will be on various retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift. Escalate vehicle issues promptly and efficiently. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
Responsibilities include
- Removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems
- Adjusting shelf heights
- Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks
- Stock replenishment
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Working unsociable hours, including night shifts, means applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Must hold a Full Driving License.
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to work long shifts when required.
- Previous retail experience is desirable, but training will be provided.
