Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analyses of cash flows, quality of earnings, net debt and working capital.
- Manage client relationships, lead Q&A sessions, and develop detailed data books for due diligence reports.
- Oversee client engagements, aligning work scope with client vision, while meeting tight deadlines.
- Assist team seniors on executing transactions, including transaction structuring, process management and driving deal execution.
- Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, holding the pen on modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and juggle priorities across multiple parallel work-streams.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
- Strategic creative thinking to effectively resolve problems.
- Analytically minded and quick to learn in high pressure environments.
- Confident and highly motivated to excel in the workplace.
