Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

Associate- Generalist M&AResponsibilities:Perform in-depth analyses of cash flows, quality of earnings, net debt and working capitalManage client relationships, lead Q&A sessions, and develop detailed data books for due diligence reportsOversee client engagements, aligning work scope with client vision, while meeting tight deadlinesAssisting team seniors on executing transactions, including transaction structuring, process management and driving deal executionInvolved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM\’s, preparing pitch presentations, holding the pen on modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A processCandidate Requirements:A minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitionsStrong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel proficiencyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage complexity and juggle prioritises across multiple parallel work-streamsExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage deadlinesStrategic creative thinking to effectively resolve problemsAnalytically minded and quick to learn in high pressure environmentsConfident and highly motivated to excel in the workplaceVery strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsPlease apply today
