This is an important new role in our business. As our first Graduate GTM Engineer, you'll help lay the foundations for how we generate demand using data, automation, and modern outbound tools. You'll work with platforms like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, n8n and Heyreach to build the systems that support our go-to-market strategy. From sourcing and enriching leads to setting up outreach sequences and analysing performance, you'll be hands-on from the start.

We don't expect you to know how everything works on day one. You'll be coached directly by members of the senior team and report into the Managing Director. You'll also take part in onboarding with our partner network to help you understand what great GTM execution looks like. Once you've got the basics down, you'll start helping us test, improve, and build our outbound engine. The role is a blend of technical setup, experimentation, and iteration — with a focus on learning fast and making things work in the real world.

If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and figuring out how tools and systems fit together, you'll do well here. Experience with things like Python, APIs, or workflow automation is helpful but not essential. What matters most is your mindset and willingness to learn. This is a hands-on, practical role with a clear path for progression as you grow into a fully-fledged GTM Engineer.

Requirements

Essential:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar technical field (Other degrees will be considered if you can demonstrate strong technical ability)
  • Strong interest in automation, data, and how technology supports commercial growth
  • Confident working with spreadsheets, cleaning data, and spotting patterns
  • Comfortable learning new tools and solving problems independently
  • Clear communicator who can break down technical ideas for non-technical audiences
  • Curious, structured thinker who enjoys testing and improving systems

Advantageous:

  • Experience writing basic Python scripts (e.g. data manipulation, API calls, automation)
  • Exposure to APIs, webhooks, or building automations between tools
  • Previous side projects, coursework, or freelance work that shows applied technical thinking
Benefits

This role forms part of a structured three-year graduate programme, designed to help you develop into a fully-fledged GTM Engineer with the technical skills, commercial understanding, and leadership potential to take on bigger responsibilities over time.

What you can expect:

  • Annual pay increases tied to transparent, role-specific deliverables
  • Clear progression milestones mapped out from day one
  • Ongoing training and development from senior leaders and external partners
  • Exposure to our engineering and technical teams to broaden your coding skills
  • Opportunities to learn advanced automation, scripting, and systems integration
  • Access to industry-leading tools and real-world GTM strategies
  • A long-term pathway into a technical management role at the end of the programme
