We are actively recruiting for an Assistant Trainer for our client based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a brand new post and would suit someone who has worked in the construction industry and is familiar with the clientele.
The client has a dedicated training suite but you may need to go out on location, so a car driver is required with their own vehicle. You will need to have an NVQ 3 in construction, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, and have the ability to demonstrate to customers/students utilising your presentation skills. Additionally, you should have problem-solving ability to adapt to the needs of the students and good IT skills.
You do not have to come from training, but a background in the construction industry is required.
In return, the company offers:
- Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Death in service (3x salary)

- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
