Your Role:

• Own and execute a global marketing strategy across brand, digital, and community
• Build a high-performing marketing function from the ground up
• Lead content and campaign creation across blogs, video, social, and more
• Grow a global community of developers, founders, and ecosystem partners
• Collaborate closely with leadership, council members, and global stakeholders

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in Web3, blockchain, or deep tech
• Proven track record in global growth marketing and ecosystem engagement
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Strategic, creative, and hands on from brand to execution
• A passion for building systems, teams, and momentum
