Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both retail and online channels. Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Analyze market trends and customer insights to drive targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with sales, product, and e-commerce teams to optimize customer experience and conversions. Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI to ensure cost-effective growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Requirements Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in retail and e-commerce. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing strategies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Experience in brand management and customer engagement strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
