The Governing Body wish to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at Cwmdar Primary School to support high quality learning opportunities for our pupils. Cwmdar Primary School is a happy and inclusive school where staff and pupils treat each other with care and respect. As a Teaching Assistant you will:
- Support the learning and development of pupils, adapting approaches to meet a wide range of individual needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver targeted support and differentiated activities.
- Assess, record and report on development, progress, and attainment.
- Establish positive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations.
- Support the development of pupil wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the school team to ensure school policies and procedures are implemented effectively.

- Good literacy and numeracy skills to support learning effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills when working with pupils and staff.
