As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Account Manager to support our Commercial team in delivering outstanding service to our customers.

About the RoleAs an Assistant Account Manager, you will provide organisational and administrative support to the Commercial Account Managers, while managing a portfolio of static or low-touch customer accounts. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of beauty product development, from costings and sample coordination to internal communication and order tracking—developing your skills across operations, client relations, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Support Account Managers in coordinating projects across departments (e.g., R&D, Packaging, Operations)
- Manage low-volume customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution
- Raise product and sample sales orders, update pricing and forecasts, and track submission samples
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer briefs, costings, and timelines are met
- Maintain accurate administrative records, trackers, and documentation
- Contribute to the commercial success of the team by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Project Management)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with order management systems is a plus
- A team-oriented, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the beauty or FMCG industries
