As the Academic and Support Services Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our academic and student support operations. You will collaborate closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, from academic staff to senior leadership, to put the students' needs first. Your excellent organisational and data management skills will help you coordinate everything from assessment processes to onboarding new teaching staff, making sure that each student's journey is both efficient and enriching.
Hours of Work: Full-Time, hybrid
Requirements:
- University level qualifications.
- Proven experience in academic and programme administration.
- Proven experience in a supervisory, management or team leadership role.
- Proven experience of working in a customer services/education front of house service.
- Proven experience in data handling, management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and can lead and communicate with people from a diverse range of cultural and educational backgrounds.
