Join the opening pastry team at Alfie’s, our elegant first-floor restaurant at The Alfred Tennyson in Belgravia — part of the independent Cubitt House collection of beautiful London pubs and dining rooms.

We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie who brings both technical precision and creative flair to the plate. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently beautiful desserts, baked goods and pastry-led dishes that complement our seasonal British menu.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the pastry section from mise en place to service
  • Create and plate elegant puddings, tarts, cakes, breads and baked accompaniments
  • Work closely with the Head Chef on seasonal menu development
  • Ensure high standards of consistency, flavour and presentation
  • Manage stock, reduce waste and keep your section organised and spotless
