We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead in our store. As a Store Manager at Evans Cycles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated cycling enthusiasts, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about bikes and wants to make a significant impact in the cycling community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Qualifications:
