What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver and Inspire: Teach across FE/HE Business and Finance programmes (Levels 2 to 5), delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support Success: Motivate and mentor learners to help them reach their potential and career goals.
- Collaborate & Create: Work closely with a friendly, professional team to innovate and enhance our curriculum.
- Promote Excellence: Represent the department at open days and contribute to the college's reputation as an Outstanding provider.
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant degree in Business and/or Finance (or a related field)
- A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- Previous experience teaching at FE/HE level (ideal but not essential)
- Passion for business education and student success
- A positive, enthusiastic, and engaging presence in the classroom
