Senior Accountant

Senior AccountantACCA Careers is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing accountancy practice based in Seaton. The role involves preparing and reviewing year‐end accounts, personal and corporate tax compliance, VAT oversight, bookkeeping, and a wide range of client services. The incumbent will support the firm\’s managers and partners and progressively take on client‐management responsibilities, team development, and career progression within a successful chartered firm.

Responsibilities

Preparation andლა review of year‐end accounts for business, partnership and sole trader clients.

Personal and corporate tax compliance and VAT compliance.

precision rib> Bookkeeping and wider audit and assurance services.

Provide senior support to managers and partners.

Client management, mentoring of junior staff and team development.

Support technical development and contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications

AAT, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualification or equivalent, or similar experience to Senior Accountant level.

Strong background in accounts, tax and general accountancy practice services.

Experience working within an accountancy firm of any size.

Open to full or part‐time hours, flexible around candidate preferences.

Job OfferSalary: Circa £29,000 – £36,000, dependent on background experience and level of the angebot professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
