They provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business management solutions for various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, and retail. Their primary focus is on developing and implementing ERP software to help businesses streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions. The Application Support Opportunity: Logging service calls Talking directly to customers Troubleshooting software and process related issues Documenting solutions YOUR KEY SKILLS: Rapidly understanding business and system processes with customers General IT knowledge (Microsoft Applications, servers, browsers, remote desktop connection etc). Excellent communication skills both on phone calls and written communication.
