General practitioner - Slough

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in face-to-face, telephone, and e-consultations

\\n

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including ANPs, PNs, pharmacists, and healthcare assistants

\\n

• Engage in clinical meetings, QOF, and ongoing practice development

\\n

• Support chronic disease management, health promotion, and preventative care

\\n

\\n

About You:

\\n

\\n
• GMC-registered GP with a valid license to practice in the UK

\\n

• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List

\\n

• Excellent communication and clinical skills

\\n

\\n
