Head of People and Culture
You are an experienced and ambitious HR professional with a passion for supporting and embedding organisational culture. You enjoy leading and motivating your team to deliver the best possible human resources service to the business and you also get a real kick out of working across the organisation cross-functionally to ensure that the organisational culture reflects the values and supports the achievement of the purpose and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative people strategies aligned with the values and strategic objectives.
- Lead on organisational culture initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Oversee HR operations, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Lead leadership development, learning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Advise the Executive Team on workforce planning and change management.
- Champion staff wellbeing, mental health, and resilience programmes.
About You:
- You are a proven senior leader with experience in People, HR, or Organisational Development roles.
- You have a good understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and change management.
- You are able to demonstrate experience in fostering inclusive and positive workplace cultures.
- You have succeeded because you have exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Your CIPD qualification/continuing professional development support you to deliver the best HR service to the business
- You are passionate, enthusiastic, visionary and focussed.
