We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate experiences to support senior leadership teams, increasing their performance and shaping culture. This role involves connecting with clients, developing tailored leadership programs, delivering remote learning and coaching, and supporting leadership initiatives.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development initiatives.
  • Delivering remote programs and coaching.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management tools.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and developing teams.
  • Skilled in facilitating team meetings and content creation.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
