We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at the five-star Merchant Hotel, Belfast. When it comes to hospitality and customer service, we believe we are the best in the business. Essential criteria:

1. A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a front waiter in a busy restaurant environment.

Desirable criteria:

1. Some understanding of cash handling and stock control procedures.
2. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hospitality.
