YBS has an exciting new opportunity for an Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our Info Sec team. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day delivery of the IDAM and PAM service, ensuring the processes are fit for purpose and governed correctly. This role is a hybrid role meaning you will predominantly work from home but your contractual location will remain as our Bradford Head Office.

As an Identity & Access Management Specialist, you will:

  • Efficient and effective delivery, management & reporting of IDAM/PAM service in line with SLAs.
  • Oversee the provision of 1st and 2nd line support services on IDAM/PAM services requests/incidents and ensure that process for IDAM/PAM services continues to work as expected for business users.
  • Create, maintain & document processes, information flows and knowledge articles for IDAM/PAM.
  • Define metrics/KPIs for the IDAM & PAM Service, measure service performance and produce reports for stakeholders to consume.
  • Support and lead where applicable the implementation of new strategies, policies, and processes to maintain and continuously improve the quality of Security services delivery.
  • Coordinate timely reviews of user access/attestation liaising with business colleagues where appropriate and support the management approval of access and authorisation rights.
  • Lead, coach and mentor the team to develop skills, performance, and capability.

About You:

  • Experience of dealing with access management processes and principles.
  • Experience of deploying, maintaining and improving IDAM/PAM solutions.
  • A broad understanding of IDAM/PAM across on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Broad understanding of Service Management principles and disciplines based on ITIL best practice.
  • Able to communicate and influence, in a professional environment, to a wide-ranging audience.
  • Ability to translate the language of customers into useful technical information and vice versa.
  • Able to lead and manage a team, coaching and supporting colleague development.
  • Although not essential, it would be desirable for the successful candidate to have experience using CyberArk.
