The first of its kind in the UK. Serving six daily-changing beers, fresh from tank to glass, the pub is committed to supporting sustainability by eliminating all packaging – completely cutting out the keg, cask and bottling process. Brewed on site, unfiltered, unrefined, unadulterated and served straight from tank to glass!

The role

An exciting opportunity to have a dual role of Bar Management mixed in with one on one time with our Head Brewer in our in house brewery. We are extremely proud of our inner city brewery and love to tantalise regulars and new guests with an exciting line up of innovative and delicious brews. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and progress your career. Learning from our Senior Managers on site will help you to create the perfect career path for you!

About us

Straight from tank to glass, Long Arm Pub & Brewery (part of ETM Group) is serving up the freshest beer in London. With an in house-brewery, and ever-changing beer line up, combined with a selection of wines and amazing beer-cocktails there\’s nowhere else quite like it. The friendly bar team can recommend the perfect beer pairing from the freshly-brewed-in-house list whist you enjoy one of our delicious classic bar snacks or craft burgers.

About you

• 1 Years\’ experience in a similar role minimum
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
• An interest in expanding your knowledge on beer production and how to clean and maintain the casks and tanks
• Amazing staff management, motivation and training
• Good knowledge of stock management and rota writing
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
