- Check stock levels at the nominated catering outlet.
- Ensure stand managers check and sign all relevant documentation.
- Brief your catering team before service.
- Support your team throughout the shift, report incidents to senior management/HR.
- Handle cashing up tills.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Conduct stock checks at designated times.
- Ensure the catering outlet is clean at the end of service and any cleaning is completed.
- Comply with the Public Licensing Act regarding alcohol service.
- Monitor the service of alcoholic beverages.
- Wear all allocated uniform and PPE, follow hygiene guidelines.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
- Follow the company's Equality & Diversity policies.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.
