  • Check stock levels at the nominated catering outlet.
  • Ensure stand managers check and sign all relevant documentation.
  • Brief your catering team before service.
  • Support your team throughout the shift, report incidents to senior management/HR.
  • Handle cashing up tills.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct stock checks at designated times.
  • Ensure the catering outlet is clean at the end of service and any cleaning is completed.
  • Comply with the Public Licensing Act regarding alcohol service.
  • Monitor the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Wear all allocated uniform and PPE, follow hygiene guidelines.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
  • Follow the company's Equality & Diversity policies.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety, Food Safety & Food Allergens policies.
