We’re looking for a Senior Care Lead to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home, Brook View located near West Moors in Ferndown, Dorset. You’ll work closely with our Nursing team, playing a leading role in the administration of medicines, care planning, infection control, and assisting with the training and supervision of new staff.

You’ll build lasting relationships with our residents and make a meaningful difference to their health and well-being every day, assisting them to lead a fulfilled life.

  • You’ll have at least two years of experience working within adult care, ideally within a similar role, and be qualified for NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
