My client is a well-known Independent Financial Adviser firm based in Boston, Lincolnshire and they are looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to provide support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers from their Boston office. You will need experience of working within a Financial Advisor firm as an Administrator to be considered.

You will need to be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients. Our client has a strong focus on delivering a high quality of customer service which they pride themselves on.

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified with some financial planning qualifications, although this isn’t essential. You must be comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and can use your own initiative as well as working without close supervision. Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office are also essential, and it would be desirable to have experience of relevant IFA back-office systems and platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to Day client and provider enquiries
  • Arranging meetings for the financial adviser
  • Preparing literature for client meetings, including reports and valuations
  • Inputting new business and maintaining client records on back-office systems in line with company and FCA compliance regulations.
