We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to assist with the delivering of central processes & business growth nationwide. The ideal candidate will place a huge emphasis on delivering service to a high standard and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactive relationship management. Regularly engage with existing clients through scheduled meetings, calls, and email updates to understand their needs and concerns.
- Ensuring the business remains aligned with the Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements set out.
- Work closely with internal teams like lettings, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experience and delivery of services.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently, providing solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and goals to tailor solutions and services that align with their specific requirements.
- All aspects of onboarding New Assets/Portfolios company wide.
- Inspect all Assets annually alongside the Asset Manager ensuring the portfolio is being managed to a high standard.
- Ensure portfolio performance is being kept and managed to a high standard.
We’re looking for:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in order to provide a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to report at all levels.
- ARLA Qualified to level 3 minimum.
- Experience & knowledge of the Property & Lettings Industry.
- Experience in dealing with high-end stakeholders and educating on investments.
- Experience & knowledge in nationwide property markets.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work.
Details:
