We are coming into our peak period where our clients request holiday cover, vacancy cover and sickness cover. We are looking for candidates who are looking for ad-hoc and on-going temporary work to keep themselves busy this Summer. We are looking for candidates who are warm, friendly, engaging and who have a flair for top level customer service.
You might not have worked in a corporate receptionist position previously however if you have a strong understanding of customer service, corporate reception roles can be trained. Training is provided (and of course paid) prior to your shift commencing or on/throughout the day of your first booking.
A flexible attitude is key as we never know what work will come in - working hours are generally Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm however we do also get evening & weekend shifts too. We also run a busy out of hours service where last-minute sickness calls can come in from 6am and you will be booked on the same day.
We have a large client base ranging from law firms, banks, media firms & multi-tenanted buildings. An open mind as to where you work is key!
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering and transferring calls
- Booking meeting rooms
- Issuing visitor passes
- Floor walks to ensure meeting rooms and areas are clean & tidy
- Offering/serving teas and coffees
