As a leading housing organisation, we’re always thinking ahead about how our tenants remain at the heart of what we do – which leads us to establish two new roles which are key to improving access to information for Tenants, fostering an environment of transparency across the frontline services we deliver.
As a Tenant Access to Information Lead, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management and governance of fulfilling Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIR) requests, providing tenants with access to information regarding their tenancy and housing conditions. Utilising your excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you’ll work closely with operational teams and tenants to process requests. You’ll also support wider tenant access to information initiatives by providing analysis on key reasons for tenants requesting access, encouraging proactive sharing of information.

Our ideal candidate? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive person, with the following experience:
- Experience within a role related to Antisocial Behaviour, Income, Estates, Lettings or Neighbourhood Management with a Housing setting; OR, experience with Freedom of Information Requests, Subject Access Requests or Data Protection.
- Applied understanding of GDPR, Data Protection and Subject Access Requests.
- Experience of using Excel and PowerBI for analysis and reporting.
- Experience of building collaborative relationships and networks with a variety of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for customers.
- Experience of interfacing with customers in person, in writing and over the phone.
