About You:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, outreach, or recruitment, specifically in the technology sector and consultancies.
- Skilled in sourcing and engaging candidates for technology-focused roles, with a deep understanding of the tech recruitment landscape.
- Experience building and nurturing talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged for future opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a passion for connecting people to meaningful opportunities.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and social media for talent acquisition.
- Analytical mindset, with experience in tracking outreach metrics and pipeline performance.
- Demonstrates creativity and innovation in attracting and engaging top-tier talent.
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the talent pipeline.
- Familiarity with the North of England’s talent market and strong connections to local tech communities.
