As a result of the continued growth of its high quality, largely owner managed business / high net worth client base, our Chambers UK and Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team currently has an exciting opportunity for a qualified lawyer. Ideally we are looking for candidates ranging from 1 to 4 years PQE but if more experienced candidates are interested in the role we would be happy to consider applications.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and to have the opportunity to handle a variety of client work. The team currently consists of 2 Partners, a Solicitor, a Paralegal and a specialist legal secretary. The successful candidate will be working within a busy team that plays a key part in our single site, growing firm that has both an excellent reputation and client base.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Candidates will be involved in a range of high quality work including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work for significant investors and tenants alike across a wide range of sectors. Experience in development work would be useful but not essential. We also carry out financing work so experience in this area would also be beneficial.
