Shift Maintenance Engineer (Continental, Days & Nights) – FM Service Provider – Commercial Office – Blackfriars – £52,000

CBW is recruiting a Shift Maintenance Electrician based in a large office in Blackfriars. The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 18th Edition) with experience in commercial building maintenance. You will work with the onsite maintenance team to carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance, including:

• Lighting (installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast replacement, control panels, power distribution)
• Generators
• Pumps, motors, seals, bearings
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers (re-setting)
• BMS System monitoring (hot & cold)
• UPS Systems monitoring and readings

Hours of work: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift Pattern: 3 days and 3 nights on, 5 days/nights off, 3 nights on, 4 days/nights off

Package:

• £52,000 salary including shift allowance
• 23 days shift holiday

Requirements:

• Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)
• 17th or 18th Edition of IET Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience in building maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Multiskilled in mechanical and electrical maintenance
