Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Support teachers and assist students during classes, manage student behavior, and perform administrative tasks such as updating ILA Connect, checking attendance, and marking homework.
- Course Administration: Prepare and distribute course materials, update students on progress, prepare students for Cambridge exams, and report incidents or issues to RS/OS.
- Learning & Development: Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
- Customer Care: Report student progress and results monthly, communicate with parents regarding absences, handle requests and complaints, tutor weak students, and support events.
- Others: Support the center as needed.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience Needed:
- Teaching experience
- Handling requests and complaints
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Minimum of 4 ILA classes
Education & Qualifications:
- University degree (current third-year students are also acceptable)
