This is your opportunity to step into a senior consulting role, where you’ll oversee large-scale SAP data migration workstreams, shape delivery strategy, and bring your functional expertise to life across industries including finance, retail, energy, and telecoms. You’ll be part of a collaborative team helping global clients modernise their core platforms, improve the quality and usability of enterprise data, and drive real business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:

- Lead teams to design, build, test and execute migrations from ECC or legacy systems into S/4
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to ensure accurate and effective data strategies
- Plan and manage cutover and migration dress rehearsals, ensuring readiness and stability
- Use SAP tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SDI, SDQ, and related ETL technologies
- Deliver across the lifecycle: from data mapping and cleansing to execution, reconciliation, and go-live
- Contribute to data governance, data quality, and broader analytics and reporting strategy
- Support business development through proposal development, client workshops, and demos
- Coach, mentor, and lead small delivery teams (typically 2–5 people)
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in SAP Data Migration across at least 2 full-cycle ECC or S/4HANA programmes
- Hands-on familiarity with cutover planning, data migration rehearsals, and test execution
- Knowledge of tools like SAP Migration Cockpit, ABAP (advantageous), SDI, SDQ, or equivalent
- Understanding of data quality, cleansing strategies, and reconciliation best practices
- Experience managing or mentoring a small technical or functional team
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous consulting experience is preferred

- Deliver true end-to-end transformations with global organisations
- Shape strategy, execution, and quality in a role that bridges tech and business
- Build your leadership profile in a highly respected SAP delivery team
- Hybrid working model across client site, office, and home
- Excellent benefits including private medical cover, six volunteering days a year, and flexible work options
