Mortgage Advisor – Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice
• Convert qualified leads into successful applications
• Keep up to date with market changes and lender criteria
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and internal admin support for smooth case progression

What They’re Looking For

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• At least 6 months’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Background in banks, brokerages or building societies
• Driven, customer-focused and ready to build a career

Experience in New Build, Commercial, Buy to let, Bridging, or Development? – Higher salaries and Senior positions with more flexibility are available
