Commis chef, Park Hotel Thurso

We are currently looking to recruit a commis chef to join our busy kitchen team on a full time basis.
You will work directly with the more senior members of the kitchen helping them prepare and cook a wide range of dishes. This would be a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to learn or develop their knowledge of the trade. Some experience of working in a commercial kitchen would be of great benefit within this role, as would a current hygiene certificate.
You would mostly work lunch and dinner service with some prep time in the morning or afternoon as well.
