Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Support the Change Manager in designing and implement the change governance framework to ensure the yearly change plan has appropriate cadence Drive PMO activity across the strategic change plan including logging risks, decisions, assumptions and issues and carrying out quality assurance Organise and support with preparation for key governance meetings e.g. regular monthly updates to the LT on the strategic change plan Carry out status reporting, feeding into key governance meetings with senior stakeholders Carry out Quality Assurance activities across the yearly change plan, providing feedback and recommendations to relevant stakeholders Ensure change initiatives and processes are auditable end-to-end, being agile but auditable Work proactively across the Chief of Staff team, problem-solving collaboratively through to solution. Exceptional problem-solving skills, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented Impactful and influential in approach , fostering trust and credibility Clear and concise communicator , skilled at engaging senior stakeholders Proactively collaborative , leveraging team expertise to drive success Takes ownership , driving decisions and outcomes with accountability Growth oriented mindset , continuously challenging and refining processes and ways of working for improvement It would be great if you had: Experience supporting large-scale organisational change or transformation programmes within complex, regulated environments (e.g., utilities, infrastructure, or government) Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter, with the ability to translate frameworks into practical action Confidence using portfolio or programme management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview, Smartsheet) to support tracking, reporting, and collaboration Skilled in creating inclusive engagement strategies that bring people along the change journey and build lasting commitment An eye for data and insight—comfortable interpreting change metrics or stakeholder feedback to shape decisions and priorities Understanding of agile ways of working and how to support delivery teams in fast-paced, evolving environments Here’s what else you need to know: Role may close earlier due to high applications. Base hub Location – Nottingham – with travel to our other sites when required. Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working. 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – this includes a guaranteed day off for your birthday if you want it. Generous pension scheme (you contribute 5%, we contribute 6%, increasing to 10% after 2 years). Excellent parental leave allowance.
