Group Tax Analyst

An all-encompassing role covering CT, VAT, Employment Tax, with global responsibilities, involving both compliance and advisory requirements. What You\’ll Do: Track deadlines and filing requirements at all levels. Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations. Develop effective tax strategies to optimise tax efficiency. Collaborate with finance, accounting, and HR departments to streamline tax processes. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and authorities. Monitor legislative changes related to tax and advise management and finance colleagues accordingly. Coordinate with the global tax team to ensure alignment of tax strategies. Prepare and present regular tax reports to senior management. Who You Are: A successful Group Tax Manager may have: ACA / ACCA / ATT / CTA qualification, or be part-qualified, or qualified by experience. Experience in Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, and Employment Tax (expertise in all three is not required). Experience with EMEA / EU / International Tax (at least one). Proficiency in tax software and financial management systems. Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
