You’ll play a vital part in the smooth operation of our production process — helping to manage materials, support production, and keep everything flowing with accuracy and care. What You’ll Be Doing Goods Inwards: Receive, check, and accurately record deliveries. Inform relevant departments and ensure goods are safely and promptly distributed across site. Stock Management: Monitor stock levels using our computerised systems, ensuring materials are stored safely, cleanly, and in line with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to reduce waste and spoilage. Material Distribution: Issue packaging, labels, and other materials to the factory, ensuring availability where and when it’s needed. Labelling & Packaging Support: Use digital systems to design and print labels that meet customer specifications. Operate machinery to create boxes and prepare materials for despatch. System Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain accurate digital records of receipts, returns, adjustments, and stock variances. Report shortages and support continuous stock accuracy. Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain clean, organised storage areas including chemical and packaging zones. Follow all company procedures to ensure health, safety, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards are met. Team Flexibility: Support your colleagues by being flexible with shifts when needed. Take part in relevant training to keep skills sharp and our operation running smoothly. What We’re Looking For A detail-focused, dependable individual with a proactive attitude Experience using stock control or inventory systems (training can be provided) Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team A strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and accurate stock handling Forklift truck operation experience is a plus but not essential Ready to Make an Impact?
