We aim for Kohler Mira to be the “employer of choice”. The Early Careers Talent Specialist will play a key role in delivering our early careers talent plans and initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, this role manages a range of early careers programs, including outreach, apprenticeships, and Year in Industry schemes, across the business to build a sustainable talent pipeline. This position is ideal for someone eager to work in a busy HR team, managing high-quality initiatives such as apprenticeships, STEM outreach, work experience, and placements. Responsibilities Deliver the 2025/26 early careers plan, including role identification, recruitment, onboarding, and pastoral care. Support apprentice managers with recruitment, onboarding, and progression guidance. Organize recruitment events such as open evenings and assessment centers. Collaborate with training providers and managers to ensure progress and meaningful project involvement for associates. Chair the early careers steering committee for program governance. Design and deliver outreach activities with schools and STEM ambassadors to attract diverse talent. Coordinate work experience placements, ensuring positive learning experiences. Manage budget, wages, bonuses, and levy funds with finance support. Utilize talent metrics for monitoring and evaluation. Serve as a key contact for internal and external early careers inquiries. Skills & Requirements Passion for developing early careers talent, with experience in apprenticeships, graduate programs, STEM outreach, education, or L&D. HR or recruitment experience is advantageous. Experience working with young people. Strong project management and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
