Our Tenancy Management Team are looking to recruit a Senior Neighbourhood Officer to deliver a housing management service to our customers to the highest possible standards, ensuring operational performance is high and continues to improve. The role is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive housing management service within a specified geographic area, meeting residents’ expectations and ensuring that residents have opportunities to influence service delivery.
