The Role
As a Systems Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and driving successful organisational change by ensuring that business and operational requirements are met effectively. Working closely with Business Systems, Key Stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will oversee communication, manage change impacts, and ensure seamless adoption of system and process changes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analyst to gather and define internal and external requirements for change initiatives, including targets, criteria, frequencies, volumes, scopes, specifications, and quality levels.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Business Systems team, Business Owners, Key Stakeholders, and SMEs, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the change lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support for managing change-related risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating challenges as needed to ensure swift resolution.
- Monitor and report on change progress, engagement, and timelines through the production of regular reports, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Advise Business Owners and Key Stakeholders on potential impacts of proposed changes and risk mitigation strategies to support operational readiness.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and business objectives while capturing feedback for improvements.
- Develop and execute detailed change readiness plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables.
- Design, coordinate, and deliver targeted training and support programmes to enable the organisation to adopt and sustain changes effectively.
