Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Overview

Mobile Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider – South London/Kent – up to £42,000. GH Engage are currently recruiting a Mobile Engineer to work on a portfolio of sites within South London/Kent but also some sites in Essex/London. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. The role would be ideal for a Mobile Plumber or Mobile Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The company is offering a salary up to £42,000 with Van + Fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

• Covering sites mainly in South London & Kent. However, there are sites within Essex & London to cover as well.
• PPM\’s and Reactive works (Mechanical and Plumbing)
• Emergency light testing
• Fire alarm testing
• NO ON CALL
• Plumbing Installation/Remedial works
• Water treatment – Tap temp checks and Flushing
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks

Required Skills

• Level 3 Plumbing or Level 3 Mechanical
• Working experience in a Building Services environment
• Other preferable skills: Basic Electrical and Basic Carpentry.
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
