A highly successful Legal 500 ranked commercial property team in the Thames Valley is seeking a Real Estate NQ to join them.
Role
In this role, you will act for banks, private lenders, household names, high net worth individuals, and landowners. A significant part of the role involves transactional work, but the team also advises on other areas.
You
The firm is seeking either a newly qualified commercial property solicitor or a trainee who is due to qualify and has completed a seat in commercial property. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and possibly development work.
