Selling – NHS funded cataract surgeries for patients coming through high street opticians like Boots, Specsavers etc. You must have 2+ years of UK based field based sales experience to be considered for this job. Package – £35,000 basic + £10,000 commission + £5,000 car allowance THE JOB : The Field Sales Executive will lead the development of a large referral base of patients. Promoting the company’s cataract services, excellent patient benefits, referral pathways and five-star purpose built hospitals! You’ll be responsible for growing your referral base by building strong and robust customer relationships with key opinion leaders within high-street opticians. Mainly liaising with optometrists and store managers. Typically 8 meetings per week, visiting existing accounts to keep referrals up You start earning commission at 80% of target and get kickers from 110% – uncapped earning potential! You will also visit referral management centres and GP’s at their practices, where appropriate. You will promote and assist in co-ordinating hospital optometrist events; co-management schemes and attend customer meetings. You must have 2+ years of UK based field based sales experience to be considered for this job.
