From peaceful to pulse-racing, there’s something for everyone at the Outdoor Activity Centre, where guests can glide in style with Segway Experience or kick up some dust at Quad Bike Safari. As all sessions are appropriate for beginners, it’s a great chance for families to discover something new.
Approachable and friendly guest service is at the core of the Outdoor Activity Centre’s success. From teaching little ones how to drive a mini 4x4 in Off-Road Explorers, to gliding around the forest effortlessly in Segway Experience to pulling your best game face in Laser Combat, no days will ever be the same in this team.
This is a fixed-term role until 28th August 2025. We are looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our team of Instructors. Working for the Outdoor Activity Centre, you will coach and supervise our guests ensuring they have a fun, action packed and memorable experience with us. This role is both exciting and physically challenging. Responsibilities will include setting up and organising a wide range of activities as well as maintaining the equipment on site, ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company guidelines. You will also be responsible for keeping the Outdoor Activity Centre clean and tidy presenting a professional image to our guests at all times.
Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longleat Forest (BA12 7PU) as it is not easily accessible by public transport.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 96 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis - start times from 8am-7pm including weekends. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

- Have the ability to perform well under pressure

- Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided)
- Sociably confident with an outgoing, cheerful nature
- Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
- Works well in a team
- Must be aged 18 years or over

- Previous experience of working within the leisure / customer service industry
- Experience of outdoor sports activities
