What You'll Do

  • Complete NDT testing of composite assemblies using UT techniques, testing manufactured products to ensure they fully meet customer acceptance criteria.
  • Carry out ultrasonic testing techniques on composite assemblies and sub-assemblies at both final and stage inspections.
  • Maintain test records and analysis results to ensure traceability requirements and to demonstrate proficiency.
  • Ensure at all times that the test equipment and test procedures are used within the agreed safety procedures/guidelines.
  • Support the wider Quality and Operations functions, promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Support and maintain required calibration and audit schedules.

Qualifications

  • Certification to EN4179 Level 2 in Ultrasonic testing
  • 5 Years Experience in Field
