We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Tutor to inspire and guide students in technology and computer science. The role involves delivering modules on the Computing, Engineering and Science pathway, developing teaching materials, and supporting student learning at various levels, including International Foundation Year and Pre-Masters programmes covering Computer Science, Data Science, and Programming.
- Deliver online and face-to-face modules to international students.
- Develop modules from specifications, including schemes of learning and resources.
- Prepare assessments, mark, and provide feedback.
- Maintain the Centre’s virtual learning environment.
- Provide academic support to students as needed.
About You
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Essential)
- A recognised teaching qualification (Desirable)
- Experience teaching Computer Science in FE or HE (Essential)
- Experience working with international students (Desirable)
- Proficiency in Python, C, and Matlab (Essential)
