Roles & Responsibilities

  • As Web Developer, you’ll play a central role in building and maintaining websites for both the agency and its diverse client base.
  • Building and updating websites using WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Elementor (or similar).
  • Making front-end changes with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and back-end updates (basic database edits such as MySQL).
  • Performing regular site maintenance including backups, plugin updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Installing and recommending plugins to enhance site usability and performance.
  • Collaborating closely with the SEO and design teams to ensure seamless integration.

Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience building websites using WordPress and Shopify.
  • Ability to write and edit HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript.
  • Confidence maintaining websites and implementing technical improvements.

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, VWO or other CRO/testing platforms.
  • Understanding of basic SEO principles (site speed, indexing, meta titles).
